Ircon-Solaronics has been selected to improve the non-contact dryers located on the coating stations of the Eerbeek board machine.
Solaronics has delivered, installed and started-up two UniDryer® systems equipped with high efficient GEM12-HI emitters
and one FoilMaster® gas heated air dryer equipped with twin impingement blowing nozzles.
The main objectives of this project were to do #EnergySavings resulting in #CostSaving, and reduction of Nox and CO2 emissions and improve hall climate using Ircon-Solaronics high efficient non-contact dryers.
 
The Eerbeek mill produces virgin fiber cartonboard for the food, personal care and pharma sector, resulting in very high-quality requirements.
