We are looking for a COMMISSIONING & START-UP TECHNICIAN to strengthen our project team in Kotka, Finland.
As our Commissioning & Start-up Technician you will work as a member in the EP Turbo blower project team. Your work includes project documentation handling, handling smaller project parts under the supervision of the Project Manager, and installation supervision to work as a start-up technician on site. The normal length of the start-up trips are usually 1-2 weeks on-site, and the total travelling days are around 100 days per year.
You will be responsible for:
- The start-up of turbo blower projects
- Taking part in mill visits for projects and services
- Taking part in installation supervisions
- Project handling and communication with the customer and subcontractors
You will exceed in this role with:
- Previous work experience from similar roles
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English skills.
- Proactive and efficient personality, with great problem-solving skills
- Strong social skills
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
