The Italian producer of packaging paper RDM Group today announced the signing of an agreement with Vienna-based MM Board & Paper for the sale of its Arnsberg business in Germany through an asset sale transaction. The Arnsberg mill is a long-established producer of recycled cartonboard serving customers across Europe.

The transaction's financial terms and expected impact — including on the Group's liquidity and business — were factored into the projections underlying the Group's business plan. These terms and impact remain consistent with that plan, as announced in RDM's press release dated 15 July 2026

Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable regulatory approvals. It is currently expected during the fourth quarter of 2026.
