Tero Kokko to assume the position of President & CEO Voith Paper effective next October 1

Andreas Endters has informed the shareholders and Group management of his decision to leave Voith at the end of the current fiscal year. This request has been accepted. Effective next October 1, 2026, Tero Kokko (photo) will join the Corporate Board of Management of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA and, as President & CEO of Voith Paper, will assume responsibility for the Group Division.

During Andreas Endters more than three decades with Voith, he has significantly shaped the business through a variety of international leadership roles. He played a key role in developing Voith Paper into one of the world's leading technology partners for the paper industry.

“Over the past 35 years, Voith has been much more than an employer to me, however, the time has come to hand over responsibility and begin a new chapter. This was a thoughtful and deliberate decision. Kokko currently leads the global pulp business area at Valmet. He brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and business development. Kokko holds a doctorate in Automation and Control Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
