To better meet the needs of its customers, the Saica Group continues to invest in its French sites.

For the Central region plants, Saica Pack Lamirande has modified its finished product packaging line (adding a second gluing station and robotic cap placing equipment) allowing for increased pallet processing capacity and better absorption of flow variations at the output of the converting machines.

Saica Pack Châteauneuf-La-Foret, for its part, has acquired a new Alliance palletizer for its BOBST 1628 rotary die-cutter. With this new generation equipment, the site ensures better palletizing quality and strengthens its service continuity by eliminating technological obsolescence.

For its part, Saica Pack Beaulac has started up a new BOBST 1628 NT RS 5-color die-cutter. This machine allows it to increase its production capacity and offer products with high-definition printing to meet the needs of agri-food markets such as fruits and vegetables.

Finally, Saica Pack Beaune has acquired a BOBST FFG 820 4-color combination machine. This new, high-performance machine supports the site in its developments on the American case markets up to four colors, improving its production capacity and product quality level.

"These new pieces of equipment are part of the Group's investment policy in support of innovation and quality within our production processes in order to offer our customers the best service," emphasizes Frédéric Provost, Production Director of Saica Pack France.
