AstenJohnson today announced an important leadership transition as President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Frank prepares to retire after more than a decade of dedicated service to the company. Kevin Frank will step down from his current role effective September 28, 2026, and will remain with AstenJohnson through December 31, 2026, to support a thoughtful and seamless transition.
Kevin joined AstenJohnson in 2015 and has guided the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. During his tenure, AstenJohnson strengthened its global operations, broadened its Nonwovens footprint, expanded its capabilities and invested in innovation. He also reinforced the family values and people-centered culture that have long defined the company.
Throughout his leadership, Kevin maintained a strong commitment to AstenJohnson’s associates, customers, shareholders and communities, helping position the company for continued long-term success.

AstenJohnson also announced that Maggie Bidlingmaier has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 28, 2026. Maggie Bidlingmaier was selected following a comprehensive global search led by the Board of Directors. She brings extensive experience leading global manufacturing organizations, driving profitable growth, developing high-performing teams and building lasting customer relationships.
Her strategic vision, operational expertise and leadership approach align closely with AstenJohnson’s commitment to safety, sustainability, innovation, integrity and putting people first. She also brings a strong customer focus centered on understanding customers’ needs and creating measurable value in their operations.
“Maggie has the experience and leadership qualities needed to build on AstenJohnson’s strong foundation and guide the company into its next chapter,” Marc Noël said. “We are confident she will continue advancing our strategic priorities while continuously strengthening the relationships and culture that make AstenJohnson distinctive.”
Kevin Frank and Maggie Bidlingmaier will work closely together in the coming weeks to ensure continuity for associates, customers and other stakeholders.
