ANDRITZ has received an order from Green Bay Packaging Inc. to supply a recovery boiler, evaporation plant and power boiler for its pulp mill in Morrilton, Arkansas, USA. With this significant financial investment in new key process technologies, Green Bay Packaging will support efficient and reliable mill operation for decades to come. The value of the order will not be disclosed.

The scope of supply, on an EPS (Engineering, Procurement, Supply) basis, includes:
• Recovery boiler including automation and digitalization solutions such as Smart Smelt Spout Robots, intelligent measurements and condition monitoring solutions as well as process controls
• Lamella evaporation plant
• Biomass-fired power boiler based on the EcoFluid bubbling fluidized bed design
Start-up of the new equipment is scheduled for the second half of 2027. This order underscores ANDRITZ’s strong presence in the U.S. pulp and paper market.
